O3-graphene composite (BG) was synthesized by a facile two step solvothermal approach. The synthesized materials were thoroughly characterized by X-ray diffraction technique, field emission scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, Raman analysis, diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopic techniques. The photocatalytic activity of 7.5 BG composite was found to be higher as compared to bare BaTiO3, which can be attributed to the enhanced visible light response., excellent adsorption of methylene blue dye via π-πinteraction and low recombination rate of photoinduced charges. © 2020 Author(s).en_US
